- maneuvers
- brake tests
- drawing up the braking report and the necessary forms
Possessing their own fleet of vehicles, our John Cockerill Services operatives work day and night on all terminals in Belgium, and all have the same objective: to be in the right place at the right time, giving them greater flexibility in scheduling and allows them to improve their operational efficiency.
Transurb
In 2017, John Cockerill acquired 82% of the shares of the Transurb company, a subsidiary of the SNCB and of the STIB specialized in the conception of made to measure rail solutions for urban public transport. An acquisition which further strengthens our rang or services and our Transport Division.
Transurb activities fall into two domains:
- Transurb Simulation conceives and markets tools dedicated to training;
- Transurb Technirail assists clients in putting rail and urban transport solutions into service via its engineering office, and also offers project management and advice for rail projects including expertise in European norms.
