Born of the combination of the strengths and expertise of John Cockerill Services and SEUT, CMS Hydro™ offers its customers an extensive and comprehensive range of maintenance, revamping and new-build services for equipment mainly related to the water sector. Combining both a design and maintenance capability for hydromechanical elements and the maintenance of hydroelectric equipment. CMS Hydro carries out all preventive and curative maintenance operations.
CMS Hydro™’s structure is adapted to the design and production of parts, components and assemblies in the following fields: boiler making, water treatment plants, boilermaking, mechanical engineering, special machinery, mechanical handling, industrial piping and locksmithing.
Products and services
CMS Hydro™ provides comprehensive project management: studies, design, manufacture and assembly of boiler-made assemblies. We use all types of materials to produce your assemblies: stainless steel, aluminum, steel of all grades, and we manufacture all diameters and thicknesses.
Design office
CMS Hydro™’s design office, equipped with Autocad 2D/3D and Solidedge3D software, can carry out all technical studies, drawings, calculation notes and instruction manuals. What’s more, it can take part at a very early stage in the feasibility study of your projects, in association with specialized laboratories. Our designs incorporate a constant concern for safety and the environment, to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Manufacturing
The performance and technical expertise of our machinery, combined with the qualifications and know-how of our teams, enable CMS Hydro™, at our site in L’Isle Jourdain, to handle all custom manufacturing with versatility and flexibility, from single units to small series.
Assembly
CMS Hydro™ has workshop trucks that allow you to benefit from specialized teams who carry out on-site assembly and installation.
Our staff are trained to work in the presence of asbestos (SS4), with difficult access (rope access technicians), on scaffolding, with mechanical and electrical clearances, SST CACES and CATEC.
CMS Hydro™’s after-sales service leads the maintenance of all equipment built and installed by our teams, as well as the after-sales service of similar equipment throughout the country.
